Reservation and payment:
Online booking and payment on our site are quick and easy. In addition, you have the possibility to cancel your reservation up to seven days before entering the accommodation.
We have a responsive online service, you can reach us by email or directly by phone during office hours. We will answer your questions with pleasure.
Our caretaker service will show you around and together we will take stock of the accommodation. On this occasion, we will inform you about the environment of the property, the activities and possible services nearby.
In each accommodation, a brochure will indicate the activities listed in the sector and the procedure to follow in case an intervention on our part is necessary. An insert will also be detailed there in order to access the internet connection of the accommodation.
We remain at your disposal seven days a week and will do our best to ensure that your stay takes place in the best conditions.
When you leave:
The leaving of the accommodation being planned for the morning and this until ten o'clock, our caretarker will make with you an outgoing inventory of fixtures during which the evolution of the property will be noted following its occupation.
At the end of your stay, we will send you a request for advice that you can return to us by email. We will take your comments into account in order to improve all of our services.
